Founded in 2019 by Veronika Lee, the Oyster OBJECT Korea brand featured bags with vintage patches collected from around the world. This signature design delivered small, carefully stitched products that weaved together many cherished memories for people all over the world. Veronika Lee grew up in South Korea before moving to New York City in 2016. After moving to Boston, she first met Grace Shin as a loyal customer of Oyster OBJECT’s unique bags. They soon discovered many shared interests and became inseparable soulmates. In 2024, they decided to leverage their unique strengths and backgrounds to establish Oyster Object (OyO) Company in the United States. Grace’s professional finance background perfectly complemented Veronika’s artistic and creative mastery. OyO Shop aims to build upon the unique foundation of Oyster OBJECT Korea and provide a carefully curated shop that highlights craftsmanship and style. The shop will serve as a platform to showcase and sell a variety of unique products in various areas, such as beauty, fashion, and lifestyle. Following the latest trends in K-culture, it plans to introduce extraordinary brands from independent designers and artists in South Korea.
